Solar Panel Contract Questions

Do you have any questions about solar panel contracts in San Diego? I’m researching the topic and would love to hear your questions!

Recently some friends in San Diego reached out to me to help them understand their solar panel contracts. I’ve sold homes with solar panels on many occasions, but WOW, solar contracts can be confusing even for someone with contract experience!

The confusing part in this case? It was because what the solar panel company told the family verbally was not the same as what was given to them in writing. And if you know me, you’ve probably heard me say when it comes to contracts, if it’s not in writing, it’s like it was never said.

San Diego Solar Panel Contracts Research

So I am on a new mission to help this family and possibly help you as well. I am putting together a list of questions for research. This is so that people interested in installing solar panels can ask the company important questions BEFORE signing a contract. In order to do this, I am reaching out to anyone in San Diego that already has solar panels on their home.

Share Your Solar Panel Contracts Experience

Would you share your solar panel experience with me? For example, what would you have done differently? If you had it to do over again, what questions would you ask this time? Also, what struggles did you go through or are still going through right now? Especially because of information you didn’t know at the time. Finally, if you ever buy another home, would you install solar panels again?
